The Victoria University First Nations Fund was established at Victoria University (VU) in 2022 and aims to enrich and empower the educational experience of current and future Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.

Please answer the questions below to confirm if you are eligible for the grant.

Are you Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander?

Are you a Year 7 - 12 student attending a Victorian school?

Will you progress to your next year level at school?

You are not eligible for the grant

If you have answered yes to all the questions, you are eligible for one or both of the below grants.

  • Year 7 - 12 students: Receive $250 to assist with school costs.
  • Year 11 & 12 students: Apply and enrol for a course through the VU Early Entry program to be eligible for an extra $500.
