Footscray Park Campus, the largest of our campuses, is next to parklands along the Maribyrnong River, a short walk from Footscray Station. This campus has cafes, learning commons, world-class sports-science facilities, a bookshop, and a pool and gym.

getting there


Train, Tram & Bus

Footscray station is 10 minutes by train from the city centre.
The blue VU bus will take you from there to the event entrance via Farnsworth Ave. Find the VU marquee at the station if you prefer a 15-minute walking tour to campus!

driving & parking

There is free parking for Open Day. Enter the car park via Farnsworth Ave, off Ballarat Road to the west of Footscray Park Campus. We’ll be there to direct you to a parking spot.

If you’re riding to Open Day there are plenty of places to park and lock your bike at Footscray Park Campus.

getting around campus

VU staff and student ambassadors will be on the ground to help you find your way around campus on the day.
Open Day accessibility services include a mobility scooter.

If English is not your first language, we’ll have bilingual staff available on the day who may be able to assist with interpretation.
